Act as a guide rather than teacher

Instructors and guides have altogether different parts. Educators have numerous understudies to supervise without a moment's delay, and should go about as power figures who go on learning. Guides work one-on-on, however, and are more similar to "instructed peers" than power figures. You just have one understudy to work with at once, so you don't need to address. Give understudies a chance to assume responsibility of learning destinations, and aide them toward their objectives.

Solicit a ton from inquiries. You would prefer not to address your understudies. Rather, ask open-finished inquiries that drive them to arrive at conclusions all alone, with examination you help them conduct.
